Continuing my update on my
2011 New Year's resolutions, here is #2: Get in the habit of working out.
I think I did pretty well on this one. Each day that I work out, I
put a sticker on the calendar. I know, it sounds juvenile and silly, but I am
very motivated by stickers. As for how I did this year, I'll let the stickers speak for themselves:

For January, I challenged myself to do Jillian Michael's
30 Day Shred and was pretty successful. |

I counted them up and I worked out 154 times during the year, which is about 42% of the year, about three times per week. That's not a bad average. I deem this resolution to be a success!
