New Year's Resolution Update #2 - Working Out

Continuing my update on my 2011 New Year's resolutions, here is #2: Get in the habit of working out.

I think I did pretty well on this one.  Each day that I work out, I put a sticker on the calendar. I know, it sounds juvenile and silly, but I am very motivated by stickers. As for how I did this year, I'll let the stickers speak for themselves:

For January, I challenged myself to do Jillian Michael's
30 Day Shred and was pretty successful. 

Cue tax season overtime hours...not much time to work out

Um...fail. 

Can you tell when tax season ended?


I counted  our hard labor on the mission trip as working out.

July was a little crazy.


Busy busy 9/15 deadline

I ran out of smiley face stickers...


We've been all over the place this month for the holidays

I counted them up and I worked out 154 times during the year, which is about 42% of the year, about three times per week.  That's not a bad average.   I deem this resolution to be a success!
